This year's festival will be including multiple films from Slovenian artists. "Common Pear - Navadna hruška" by director Gregor Božič and "Fiume o morte!" by Croatian director Igor Bezinović are produced by Nosorogi, and "Wind, Talk to Me" by Serbian director Stefan Đorđević, is co-produced by SPOK Films and Staragara. All three films were supported by Slovenian Film Centre. Two short films will also be shown at the festival, "Rumene zore" and "Upon sunrise", both co-produced by Slovenian studios.

Past productions
By 2015, Nosorogi produced five short and mid-length documentaries, among them Critical Generation (co-produced with RTV SLovenia, directed by Lara Simona Taufer and Darko Sinko, 2010); Morra (by Matjaž Ivanišin, 2012); and Little Houses (by Darko Sinko and Matjaž Ivanišin, 2014). In 2019 the Stories from the Chestnut Woods, Gregor Božič's first feature film (a co-production with the Slovene-Italian Transmedia Production House) received numerous Vesna awards at the Festival of Slovenian Film and was selected as the Slovenian entry at the 2021 Academy Awards.
Marina Gumzi
Maribor-born Marina Gumzi studied dramaturgy, performance studies and film production in Ljubljana, Berlin, Ludwigsburg and Paris. After completing the postgraduate study of film production she took over the Nosorogi company. In that same year, she was appointed the manager for the film programme at Maribor, European Capital of Culture 2012. Between 2012 and 2015, she was selected to participate at the Emerging Producers within Jihlava International Film Festival, at the EAVE Producers Workhop and at the Rotterdam Lab training programmes.
